The Eisenschmidt Consulting Crew offers consulting and development to companies and people by using two effective methods: integral change® is our tool for comprehensive analysis and consulting we use to pick-up companies and people on their individual step of development and carry on with their further development. The MAIN 7® describes essential conditions for the growth and further development of leadership skills.
In consulting, training and coaching, we also work with the Reiss-Profile (evaluation of the 16 life and incentive motives as a basis for personal development) and with the persolog Personality Model (former DISG Model) (evaluation of the preferred style of behaviour as a basis for successful communication).
