There are various descriptions and requirement profiles about ‚Leadership‘. With MAIN 7®, we have filtered and described the necessary attachments to establish and strengthen leadership competence. No MAINs may be left out – only together they complete a leadership system.
Our orientation is best expressed by the claim “Leadership into a new age”, which means leading people and companies in a holistic and meaningful way.

Consulting, Training and Coaching with MAIN 7®
Our MAIN 7® offer includes classification of the individual basis as well as training until expertise. Each MAIN is practiced until it is completely integrated in body, spirit and soul. We are supported by colleagues with experience in constellation work, systemic coaching, shamanic approaches and business trainings.
